Use of this Web Site is subject to acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of use.

The Neuroresources.com.au website store is owned and operated by Neuroresources Pty Ltd A.C.N.  141 954 761 as trustee for the Neuroresources trust (“Neuroresources”)

By purchasing products from Neuroresources or using this website the purchaser ("The Customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of use.

Prices: All Prices are in Australian Dollars.

GST: All prices are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated.

Software Warranty: All software sold by Neuroresources is subject to the terms and conditions of the license agreement of that software. The Customer acknowledges their obligations to abide by such license agreements. The Customer acknowledges that Neuroresources does not warrant any software under these Terms and Conditions. All software is warranted in accordance with the license agreement that governs its use.

Limitation of Liability: The Customer shall indemnify Neuroresources against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. Neuroresources shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services, even if Neuroresources has been advised of their possibility. In no case shall the maximum liability exceed the cost of the original order.

Returns - refunds & credits : In general 6 month gift voucher credits will be given to Customers that return books in mint resaleable condition within 14 days of dispatch to the Customer.  The credit value will not include postage, packaging and handling costs.  We are generally unable to offer refunds or credit for audio and visual products.  All credits and refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.  For instructions in regards to returning a product please contact us.

Addressing: Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.  If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Neuroresources then Neuroresources shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Neuroresources will not refund or resend the product and all responsibilty for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Incorrect Bank Account Number: Neuroresources may, at its discretion, give the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by Neuroresources, then Neuroresources will not accept any responsibilty for correcting payment and the goods will not be dispatched.

Mailing Cash: Neuroresources does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the Customer does mail cash, Neuroresources accepts no responsibilty for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

Cancelling Orders: Neuroresources reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.

Site Access: Neuroresources hereby grants you permission to view the content appearing on this site. You agree not to use any device, method or software to interfere with the proper functioning of this site. Without the expressed written permission of Neuroresources, you may not use any device, method or software including, but not limited to: spiders, robots, avatars, agents, data mining, gathering or extraction tools and attempts to probe, scan or test or breach security and authentication measures.

Copyright & Trademarks: Neuroresources is the copyright owner of the content of this website or is permitted by the copyright owner to use the content on the website. Brand names, cover images, characters, book titles and other product information used in this site may be the trademark or intellectual property of a registered holder. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

Stock Availability: In order to provide the greatest range of products, you understand that Neuroresources may not stock all products listed on this site in a single warehouse.

Goods delivered may differ to the product images presented on this site.

Gift Voucher Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the time they are issued, after which the voucher expires. Any remaining credit is non-refundable.

Delivery Estimates: Neuroresources makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforseen events.

By placing an order, you agree not to hold Neuroresources liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Delivery address outside of Australia: By purchasing from us you agree that you act as the importer of goods shipped from overseas and that all such goods are for private use only. You are responsible for any import taxes or other rising from the “importation of these goods.”

Communications: By creating an account with Neuroresources you consent to receiving electronic communications from Neuroresources. These communications will include: account status updates, order status updates, promotional and marketing materials, and other information relating to the service.
